2 Proofs of Residency Required:

#1 Water or Electric Bill (current) We do not accept gas bills.

AND

Copy of Home Mortgage Bill

Current Apartment/House Lease

Copy of Home Sales Contract

Section 8/HUD Housing Document

Current HOA Bill/Statement

Tax Assessment
