Great news!  Autrey Mill will be using the Rank One platform to medically clear student athletes trying out extramural sports.  Please use the following links below to better understand how to upload physical forms, sign off on your student’s electronic forms, and upload images of your medical insurance cards. Be sure to upload your documents to the current 2025-2026 school year.

• Winter – Girls Volleyball, Boys Volleyball, Gymnastics, Tennis
• Spring – Girls Basketball, Boys Basketball and Track (Girls & Boys)
